It is a medium-bodied wine with elegant structure, balanced acidity and very ripe, elegant tannins. The finish is moderately-long, dominated by red fruits and followed by sweet vanilla and black pepper.<br \/>\nFood Pairing: Red Meat, Pizza, Pasta with Red Sauces, Traditional Greek Cuisine, Tuna fillet, Burgers.<br \/>\nBest Served at: 15<sup>\u03bf<\/sup>\u00a0\u2013 17<sup>\u03bf<\/sup>\u00a0C.
